What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and HSA (Health Savings Accounts).
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we bill directly to the following health insurances. Please check your plan to make sure you have acupuncture coverage. Depending on your plan, co-pays, co-insurances, and deductibles may apply.
IN-NETWORK:
If you have a different health insurance plan, we are happy to provide an out-of-network receipt which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check your healthcare plan to make sure you have coverage for acupuncture and out-of-network provider.
Do you accept PIP (Personal Injury Protection) claims for Auto Accidents?
Yes, we do accept PIP claims. We do not bill third party insurance which means you will need to have your own PIP claim open.

Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. This allows us time to fill the spot.
Missed appointments will be charged a $50.00 fee.
